Our Lord had a purpose when He came to this earth. He came to seek and to save the lost and to give life and give it more abundantly. (Luke 19:10, John 10:10)

At Spread The Word, we strive, by God’s grace, to continue in that purpose.

We strive to reach the lost for Jesus and to help those who already know Christ, grow in their love and knowledge of Him.

Through different programs and ministries we will share the opportunity for you to receive the free Gift of Salvation and to grow in your relationship with Christ.

  1. Acknowledge that you have sinned
As it is written, there is none righteous, no not one.” (Romans 3:10)
“For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God.” (Romans 3:23)
  1. Realize that there is a penalty for your sin
“For the wages of sin is death…” (Romans 6:23a)
“But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death” (Revelation 21:8)
  1. Acknowledge that Christ paid the penalty of sin for you.
But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners Christ died for us.” (Romans 5:8″)
  1. Acknowledge that Christ wants to give you the free gift of eternal life in heaven.
“…but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.” (Romans 6:23b)
  1. You must believe in Christ and ask Him to be your Savior
” That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised Him for the dead, thou SHALT BE SAVED. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.” (Romans 10:9,10)”For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord SHALL BE SAVED.” (Romans 10:13)

Dear Lord Jesus, I believe you died for me and rose again. I trust you to be my Savior today. Please forgive me of my sins and come into my heart. In Jesus name, Amen. If you have prayed this prayer and made the decision to receive Jesus Christ as your Savior, or if you have any questions we would love to hear from you.
